Shipping policy
All orders placed Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 2-3 working days (excluding bank and local holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with an estimated delivery date once your order has been dispatched. The estimated delivery date is also shown at checkout before purchase.
Shipping Services (UK)
- Orders under £10: Dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class (untracked)
- Orders over £10: Dispatched via Royal Mail tracked 48.
- Orders over £35: Includes free tracked 48 delivery.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 & Tracked 24 upgrades are available (processing time still applies). This is a fully tracked service.
Shipping to US & Canada
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International, with an estimated delivery time of 5-11 working days. Please note, buyers are responsible for all customs, import charges, and VAT fees applicable to their country. Please ensure your contact details (email and phone number) are valid to receive customs updates.
Shipping to Ireland
We’re delighted to now offer shipping to Ireland! Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 working days. You must provide a valid email address and phone number at checkout to receive tracking updates and customs notifications. All customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If duties are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and return fees from any refund issued. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or postal services.

Processing Time
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer expedited processing. Our standard processing time is 3 business days after the date of ordering. Upgrading to tracked delivery is a shipping upgrade only, and the processing time still applies.
Delivery Times (UK)
- Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2-4 working days.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24hr : 1-2 working days.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48hr : 2-3 working days.
Please note, these delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are an aim, not a guarantee. Delays may occur due to holidays or other unforeseen factors.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed or lost, please reach out to us with your order number. We will begin an investigation and work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue. If your 2nd class delivery is delayed by more than 10 working days, please contact us at hello@prettieco.com.
International Orders
Buyers outside the UK are responsible for all VAT, customs, and import charges.

We always strive to ensure your order arrives within the expected delivery timeframe. However, please be aware that on rare occasions, factors beyond our control, such as Royal Mail delays, may impact delivery.
It's important to double-check that the shipping address is accurate. If the address is incomplete, incorrect, or if no one is available to receive the delivery, your order may be delayed.
If you believe your delivery is lost, please contact us with your order number, and we'll investigate. For orders that don’t fit through the letterbox, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your package.
