Returns Policy
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging, with tags still attached.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

- Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to:

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as these will not be accepted
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@prettieco.com, and we’ll resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Personalised items or custom orders unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items).
- Earrings unless unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For an exchange, we recommend returning the item first and placing a new order after the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the EU, you can return or cancel it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@prettieco.com.
