Orders & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?
Every order is lovingly made by in our studio. Since many of my products are personalised, dispatch times vary, but you can generally expect your order to ship within 3 working days. Non-personalised items often ship faster. Thank you for your patience — I always work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.

Can I get my order quicker?
I currently don’t offer an express service, as most of my products are made or printed to order. If you have a specific deadline, please get in touch before ordering, and I’ll do my best to accommodate. This may not always be possible.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we ship to Ireland, USA, Canada and Australia. 

Will I get tracking?
Most orders are sent via Royal Mail, and tracking may be included depending on the size and value of your order (please see our shipping policy for more info). You’ll receive an email once your order is dispatched with any tracking info.

 

Personalised Products

Can I make changes to a personalised order after placing it?
If I haven’t started making it yet — yes! Please email  as soon as possible with your order number and the requested changes. Once production begins, changes may not be possible, especially during busy times.

What if I made a typo or forgot something?
It happens! Please double-check spellings, names, dates, and details before placing your order. If you spot a mistake afterward, get in touch quickly — if I haven’t started your order, I’ll happily correct it.

Do you send proofs before printing?
No. I work directly from the personalisation details provided and aim to get your order moving as soon as possible. For more complex or custom designs, I may send a preview before printing.

Can I request customisations?
At the moment I don't offer customisations on personalised products. However I will regularly add new designs and hope there is something to suit everyone.


Products & Shop Info

Are all your products handmade?
Yes! Everything is designed, personalised, packed, printed shipped from my studio. It’s just me here (hi 👋), so I pour a lot of love and attention into every order.

What if there’s a mistake with my order?
If something’s not right, please contact me right away, and I’ll make it right. I take pride in my work and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. But, I am human and mistakes can happen. 

I’ve seen a product on your Instagram that’s not on your website — can I still buy it?
Sometimes products make an appearance on Instagram before they hit the shop! Send me a message with a screenshot, and I’ll let you know if it’s available. 

Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes! I’m happy to accommodate bulk orders for items like mini prints or greeting cards for events, weddings, or special occasions. However, please note that we do not offer personalised on-the-day wedding stationery (such as place cards, menus, etc.). Feel free to get in touch, and I’ll help you with what you need!

Why do your delivery times feel longer?
Because I’m not Amazon! I’m a one-woman team running a growing business from my studio — every item is handmade, personalised, packed, and posted with care. It does take a little longer, but you’re not just receiving a product — you’re receiving something made with love. Thanks so much for your patience and for supporting a small business!

Your brand looks super polished — are you a big company?
Nope, it’s just me! I’ve worked hard to make my brand feel elegant and professional, because I believe that small businesses can be big on quality. But behind the scenes, I’m just a real person juggling orders, emails, kids, and (lots of) coffee.

Do you have a shop I can visit?
Not right now — I’m exclusively online, but I’m always working on new ways to bring my products to you!


Returns & Cancellations

Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, I can’t accept returns on personalised or custom items unless they’re faulty. If there’s an issue with your order, just contact me within 14 days, and I’ll do my best to help.

Can I cancel my order?
If I haven’t started making your order yet, yes! Please message me as soon as possible with your order number. Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible, especially during peak times.


Ordering in Plenty of Time

I want my order for a special occasion — when should I order?
Please order as early as possible, especially around busy seasons like Christmas, Valentine’s, and wedding season. Personalised products take a little extra time to make, and I can’t always guarantee last-minute orders can be fulfilled. The earlier you order, the more relaxed we both will be! While I understand that some orders may be time-sensitive or last-minute, please keep in mind that if the estimated delivery date falls on the day before or the day of your event, we can’t be held responsible for delays. Ordering in advance ensures your items arrive exactly when you need them, without any stress or disappointment.
